Fold card stock in half.  I used a 3" x 6" piece of Kraft Paper here.  Hold the folded paper so that the fold is on the left side.

Align the punch or dies so that the left side fold is inside the circle edge.

Punch or cut.

By keeping the fold inside the circle edge when cutting, you don't cut the fold.  Now you can open your circle!

Decorate & Embellish!!!

Five out of the Six cards shown.  You'll have different sentiments to choose from.
