These cute little boxes can be used as gift/treat boxes or hanging ornaments. They are 2" square, so big enough for a little treat, note, candy or jewelry, but not too big that it gets too heavy while hanging on the tree. You can also turn them into Advent boxes (make 25) or Hanukah treat boxes (make 8). It all depends on the colors, patterns and embellishments you use. Have fun making & customizing!

Card Stock - Sweet Sorbet 159268

Designer Series Paper - Celebrate Everything 159913 (host only paper)

Accessories - Real Red 3/8" Mini Ruffled Ribbon 156323, Scissors & Hole punch

Tools - Paper Trimmer with scorer 152392

Adhesives - Multipurpose Liquid Glue 110755

Directions

1. Cut your box base 8-1/2" x 6". Score as follows:

landscape position: 2", 4", 6" & 8"
portrait position: 1-1/2", 3-1/2" & 5-1/2"

2. Cut off pieces with scissors following this diagram (if using as an ornament, punch the hole now, as it will be easier before the box is glued together. It's important to punch it on the fold line, otherwise the lid will open while hanging on the tree).
