Four Quick & Easy Cards You Can Make with Dainty Flowers Designer Paper
Published: Wed, 02/08/23
Today's project focuses on the free Dainty Flowers Sale-a-bration Designer Series Paper today (free with a $50 order in February). The paper is beautifully hand painted in watercolors. You can even see the texture of the watercolor paper with the imagery. It's stunning and you'll see many samples using this paper
online.
The detailing on this paper is so beautiful that it's important to let it shine. It's perfect paper for quick and easy cards.
Keeping the designs simple, I textured the Mossy Meadow card base with the Stitched Greenery Die, 155451 and tied a double bow with Linen Thread. A simple thank you was stamped with Mossy Meadow ink on a Fresh Freesia rectangle.
Cutting Measurements:
1/8", 4-3/4", 2-/4", 4-3/4" and a 1/8" leftover piece. Flip and cut the ovals shapes to 4" each and cut the long piece in half at 6".
Similar to the above two cards, I used the same Stitched Greenery Die to give the Mossy Meadow card stock some texture. I stamped the thank you on both sides of the left over scrap from the middle piece (shown below).
I cut each section into 5-1/4" x 4" to give 6 card fronts. This painting is so beautiful, all it needs is a simple sentiment.
