Week 12 🎄 12 weeks of Christmas!!!

We made it to the 12th week of the 12 Weeks of Christmas Ideas!!!

This week's project is a box that fits 4 Ferrero Rocher chocolates. You can pick up these chocolates almost anywhere: pharmacy, supermarket and the chain stores like Target & Walmart. Divide up the package and create little, individual boxes to give out. This box can also hold 4 Lindt Chocolate balls.

Customize the box with papers, stamps & ribbons you already have (although I give you a list of what I used in case you would like to order them for next year). Save these directions so you can also make a Valentine's day chocolate box!

Supplies

Stamp Set - from the Cozy & Bright card kit, 160338

Ink Color - Merry Merlot 147112

Card Stock - Evening Evergreen 155574

Designer Series Paper - Fitting Florets 161814 (only available until Jan. 4th)

Accessories - Soft Succulent 1/2" Ribbon 158133, Linen Thread 104199, Taylor Made Tags Dies 155563

Tools - Scissors, Paper Trimmer 152392 & Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine 149653

Adhesives - Multipurpose Liquid Glue 110755

Directions

1. Cut the box with Evening Evergreen card stock, 5-1/4" x 9-1/4". Score the long side at 1-1/4", 4, 5-1/4" & 8 and the short side at 1-1/4" & 4".

2. Optional - cut a half circle on the middle of the short sides (photo below). This makes opening the closed box a little easier.

3. Cut the tabs on both long sides up until the score mark (photo below).

4. Glue the tabs to the sides of the box - creating a top lifting box.

5. Decorate! I used a 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" piece of coordinating paper from the Fitting Florets Designer Series Paper Packs. Tie closed with ribbon or create a belly band.
