It's OK to Color on top of Already Colored Papers!

Did You Know (or Remember)?
You can color on Designer Paper using either Watercolor Pencils or Blends Markers. I find coloring with a light/er color on
top of the design will both darken the design, but keep the lines/texture it was originally created with. It's a great technique to give flowers a little boost in color too. Look below to see my coloring.
