June 2023 Newsletter - Christine Josti, Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Hello June! June can be such a beautiful month, but a busy one too. End of school year, beginning of summer jobs, vacations, summer celebrations.........Be sure to schedule some time off for yourselves in-between all the activities. Read a book, take a nap, craft! I often hear that it's hard to find time for your crafting. Make that a priority for yourself this summer. Schedule (really, put it
on your calendar if you have to) time to get out your supplies and create something. Do you have card occasions coming up? Birthdays, showers/weddings, anniversaries? Here are a few more ideas that may find you more time: - You don’t have to do the entire project at once. Divide the process into segments: looking for ideas, designing the project, cutting, assembling, cleaning and
sending.
- Try to keep distractions at a minimum (turn off phone notifications, close the door, etc). Turn off, shut off & close off distractions.
- Go online for only a limited period of time and save (screen shot) pictures of projects you like and place them in a designated folder (rather than on
your desktop). Once you find 3-5 that fulfill a specific need, stop searching and start planning/creating. Searching for ideas can be a big "time suck".

my posts. Here is a fun bookbinding fold I made in January that showcases coordinating pattern paper. It's a "fun fold" that anyone can make with a simple score line. This paper and stamp set are now retired, but you can make this card with any papers and front focal point. New Stamp Club Begins Next Month! My
Stamp Club, sometimes referred to as my Creative Stamp Club, runs for 6 months at a time. I offer 6 months vs. 12 months so that there are openings twice a year and for longtime Club members to take a break, if need be. The next round of my Stamp Club begins in July and I have openings for anyone who wants
