I love this sentiment "sending sunshine & rainbows". It can be used for so many reasons: get well, hello, thinking of you, birthday, thank you, just because.......
It would have worked perfectly with the Sale-a-bration rainbow paper or rainbow bundle we had a year or so ago. But, if you don't have any sheets left over, I came up with an easy way of creating your own rainbow.
Follow the steps below to see how easy it is. And when you get to the photo of the inside, get ready for a surprise.
Glue 3/4" strips diagonally onto the front of a card base. Mine is positioned in the landscape position, but portrait will work just as well. The Silicone mat comes in handy when glueing the strips to catch any extra glue.
When the glue is dry, turn the card over and cut the hanging strips with scissors or your paper trimmer
Are you ready for the surprise?????

own Explosion Card.
Side View. I love how you get to see both sides of the paper.
I made an Explosion Card with
my Club last summer and it was a big hit. They could all see how versatile this technique was and made many more.
