It was announced to all Stampin' Up! Demonstrators yesterday that another paper crafting company called Close to My Heart will sadly be shutting down in June.

Close to My Heart is a similar type of paper crafting company to Stampin' Up!, focusing on scrapbooking & rubber stamping.  Their consultants are called Makers.

To all of you who are Close to My Heart Makers, you have my heartfelt sympathy, empathy & support.  I can't imagine the myriad of feelings you must be going through.  If there is anything I can do to help, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.

Just in case this makes you wonder about Stampin' Up!, Stampin' Up! is a vibrant and in the black company with no plans of ever stopping being who they are and providing all that they do.  They are in the midst of completing a huge technological upgrade to their online store and demonstrator based website that will increase it's longevity and keep up with technology.

The changes you have seen over recent years, such as the additional all-inclusive kits (now two new a month) and the quarterly release of Online Exclusive products, are only some of the ways they are keeping up with trends, shopping experiences and being relevant.
