Women Entrepreneurship Day is observed every year on November 19 to honor female entrepreneurs and to discuss their contributions to the entrepreneurial community. Almost all Stampin' Up! demonstrators are women and many upper level management and employees at Stampin' Up! are women too. It's really nice to be surrounded by, inspired by and
led by so many amazing women.
Even all of the speakers at Stampin' Up! events are women. I just attended Stampin' Up!'s Leadership Conference last weekend and they had an AMAZING and very inspiring keynote speaker, Tara Renze. She wrote the book Be Who You Came To Be: A note that changed my life and the secrets that will change yours too. Her book and words of motivation are all based on
a handwritten note her grandmother wrote to her son when he was born. I can't wait to read the book after hearing her speak.
We, as card makers, all know that words and cards make positive differences in people's lives. Positivity for ourselves and for those we mail cards to.
I invite you to think about joining this company of women. A company that makes a
positive difference in people's lives directly and indirectly every day.
Just think of all the ripple effects making a card, sending a card and giving a card creates. It's amazing when you really think about it.
I'm so happy and grateful to be a part of, to have met and been influenced by so many wonderful women in my almost 18 years of working with Stampin' Up!
