12 Weeks of Christmas

I designed this card specifically for those people who do not have a die cutting machine. Many cards/projects you see online use die cuts and/or textured embossing but I know not all of you have a machine (yet). All you need to make this card is paper, ink, adhesive and any embellishments you wish (I used ribbon & pearls).

This specific Sentimental Christmas* paper is a "Make a Difference" product. For every pack of paper sold, Stampin' Up! will donate $3 to support children's literacy around the world. Stamps:

Christmas Labels stamp set #164296. This set is paired with dies (that I didn't use for this card) in a bundle #164101
(Optional) Peaceful Season stamp set #164145. I used a greeting from this set for the inside of the card. This set also comes paired in a bundle #164021.

Instructions

Paper Cutting:

Pretty Peacock card base: 11” x 4-1/4”, scored at 5-1/2” & 6-1/2".
Front left pattern strip: 7/8" x 4"
Right main pattern: 4-1/4" x 4"
Inside pattern layer: 4-1/4" x 4"
Inside red layer: 3-3/4" x 3-1/2"
Inside white layer: 3-5/8" x 3-3/8"

1. Fold & burnish both score lines.

2. Adhere the 1"side binding area closed (glue together).

3. Adhere the front strip and main pattern to front of card.

4. (Optional) Stamp greeting inside on white card stock with Real Red ink.

5. Adhere white to red to inside pattern and then adhere those three to inside of card.

6. Stamp "Winter Wishes" in Pretty Peacock ink onto Basic Beige card stock. Cut individual words out with scissors.

7. Adhere words with dimensionals to lower front of card.

8. Adhere pearls.

9. Wrap 11" of ribbon around binding (hold in place with glue dots) and tie together with a Linen Thread bow.
