I have heard from one of you that you are only able to print one page at a time from the link I sent you.  Sorry about that!

I've changed the document to be hosted on google drive so that you should be able to print the entire document at once as well as save the download to your computer.  You should be able to open it even if you don't have a google account.

Thank you for your patience!  When we try new things we need to find the kinks and I appreciate you keeping me informed of your obstacles so I can make it better.

If you would like me to send you a copy of the pdf directly via email, please reply to me and I a will do so.  The email service I use won't let me send that large of a document but my personal email will.  Something for me to look into as well.
