Are you wishing you made your holiday cards over the summer? I know some crafters who do that and I have to say, I'm pretty jealous of them right now 😉.

There's still plenty of time to get your cards and tags done, but be sure it's a joyous activity, not a stressful one. If you can't get them done by the end of the month, you can always make New Year's cards (that can be sent anytime in January) or follow Julia Child's lead and make Valentine cards instead of Christmas ❤️.

What to do About White Card Stock

Stampin' Up! offered Black, White & Very Vanilla card stock on their Black Friday Sale. And, to no one's surprise, it sold out. As of this typing, all three are expected back in stock the week of December 15.

However, if you need those basic colors before Dec. 15, I suggest purchasing the 12" x 12" size of these colors which are in stock. Sometimes I prefer to cut this size down for my inside layers as there is virtually no waste (when cutting the 4" x 5-1/4" layer size).

You can also try out the Willow White 12" x 12" card stock #166703. A somewhat new white card stock that is included in the scrapbooking line. It is so close to the Basic White color, that a photograph would not capture the difference.
