March 2026 Newsletter Christine Josti, Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator
The calendar says that Meteorological Spring began on March 1st and the "official" first day of Spring is March 20. Looking out my window, I find that very hard to believe ❄️ March is National Scrapbooking month! Have you seen Stampin' Up!'s Scrapbooking Workshop kits? There are 16 different themed, individual kits. More than enough to create a full year's worth of memories. These kits have all the papers, supplies, directions and photo place holders (so you can put the pictures in later) you need to create three double-page 12" x 12" layouts. Purchase the album
separately, Stampin' Up! has two different choices. All you really need to do is follow the directions and
supply your own photographs - pretty quick & easy! Scrapbooking Workshop Kits are perfect for new crafters, busy crafters, or crafters who want quick and easy projects while preserving memories.

New Online Exclusives Products!
There's a great new lineup of products that begins today! I've pre-ordered a few of them myself and have really enjoyed using them. One of the projects is below and I'm using some of them for my upcoming Creativity event. I'm particularly enjoying the Homemade Sweetness
Suite.
The last day to register for my March 28 in-person stamping event is this Friday. This event will be held in Norwell, Massachusetts (on the east coast, South Shore). Please don't delay in signing up as I want to have everything prepped and ready for you. Register here: https://mailsomethingpretty.com/march28
Easter Candy Box Who doesn't love to make and receive treat boxes? Especially when they're filled with candy and chocolate. Today's project is a lift up jelly
bean/chocolate egg treat box. You can make the base with one sheet of card stock and then decorate as you wish.
Measurements: Box (all one piece) - 6-1/2" x 11" Score Portrait direction: 1/2", 1-1/2", 5" & 6" Score Landscape direction: 1/2", 1-1/2", 5-1/2", 6-1/2" & 10-1/2" Front pattern paper: 3-1/4" x 3-3/4" For this box,
I used the new Easter Basket bundle (166947).
Sneak Peek - Something New Coming Soon! You may have seen some posts by other demonstrators of what new is to come this spring. I don't like to post about things too far in the future because if you can't get your hands on them right
away, why tease? There will be a gradual roll out of a new ink pad design over the next two years. We'll be able to see & use these new ink pads beginning this May. The 5 new In Colors will be sold with this new design. All other colors won't be available with the new ink pad design until 2027 (hint: there will be a "color revamp" in 2027). Description of the new case design from Stampin' Up!: This design features a felt ink pad in a magnet-based, stackable case; it’s thoughtfully engineered, beautifully functional, and completely top of the line. With an easy, mess-free open and a
snap-tight closure, we think you’ll agree it’s one of the coolest ink pad cases available. Added bonus: it holds more ink! More ink = more fun stamping + fewer refills. (And yes, in case you’re wondering . . . this is the same ink pad design that was previously produced by our Close to My Heart friends!)
Retiring Colors Every year, Stampin' Up! introduces 5 new In Colors that remain in the color offerings for two years. They offset each other, so with each year we get a new set of 5 and a retiring set of 5. The colors that are retiring this April are: Peach Pie, Pretty in Pink, Petunia Pop, Summer Splash and Shy Shamrock. If these colors have become some of your favorites, you may want to replenish or stock up on them before they are gone in April (they usually sell out before their retirement date).
No Live Today I have an appointment this afternoon and am cancelling my weekly live. I'll be back next week with a fun project to share! Mark your calendars for Ann & my joint "Let's Create Together" live that will be on March 26 at 8pm ET, 7pm CT, 6pm MT & 5am PT. I'll send out cutting directions a week prior.
Not sure where to begin? Card templates are simple, easy-to-follow layouts for when you need card design ideas. They’re layout guides—not step-by-step instructions—so there are no measurements or required products. Use the layouts as a starting point, then let your creativity flow and make each design your own. Stampin' Up! has templates throughout their catalogs and have created a
document that you can download and use. Download Stampin' Up!'s Card Templates

Beginning with new May Catalog: Product Pricing Changes Stampin' Up! is committed to providing high-quality paper crafting products and a great overall experience—without compromising the quality that they are known for. At the same time,
they carefully consider costs and other important factors. To do this, the company regularly reviews their pricing based on the cost of doing business, global exchange rates, rising supplier costs, and market comparisons.
When price adjustments are necessary, Stampin' Up! approaches them thoughtfully and conservatively. They delay increases as long as possible because they understand how they affect all of us.
Due to higher production costs, expect to see price increases in the
following product categories: - Select Stampin’ Cut & Emboss products
- Heat Tool
- Cutting & Scoring Blades Multipacks
- Select Coloring Tools
- Storage
- Select Adhesives
- Select Paper products including Envelopes, Basic White Notecards & Envelopes, and
Masking Paper
- Designer Series Paper
- Classic Stampin’ Ink Pads and Refills
- Stampin’ Blends
- Select Embellishments, Twines, and Linen Thread
In addition, beginning with April's kit, Paper Pumpkin subscriptions will also see an upcoming price increase of $2 per kit.
