During the month of December, I thought I would share some tips that would make preparing for the Holidays a little easier for you (& me). It's too easy to get overwhelmed and let all the joy pass over while you are getting ready for the actual Holiday day, whether it be Hanukah, Christmas or New
Years. Please send me your tips and I will share in my December weekly emails.
~ I've mentioned this tip before, but think it's worth mentioning again. When sealing all those holiday cards, be sure to use your aqua painter to seal the envelopes instead of your tongue.
~ When going out to a holiday party, eat an apple and drink a glass of water beforehand. This will prevent you from being starving when arriving. You'll enjoy tasting special treats so much better than eating everything in sight.
Nancy sent these two tips:
~ One thing I like to do is address labels on the Avery stickers. This is less time consuming than filling out the individual Christmas envelopes. Not as personal as handwritten envelopes, but it helps save time. I have started doing this too, Nancy.
~ Find a Christmas related activity and do it. I have been going to my friends Christmas concert early December and it does get me in the Holiday mood. Plus it's nice to support a friend. I like to bring her flowers as a thank you for getting me into the Christmas spirit.
