Instructions:

1. Cut one inch off the shorter side of the envelope and seal.
2. Using the Circle punch, center on the open side of the envelope and punch a half circle.
3. Stamp the images you wish using Real Red & Coastal Cabana (I used the snowflakes from Snowman Season stamp set and "No peeking" from Itty Bitty Greetings - another fun stamp to use is "Oh, What Yum!".
4. Insert the cocoa into the envelope.
5. Punch one side of the 2" x 12" piece of patterned paper into the triple banner punch.
6. Wrap that piece around the envelope being sure the punched side overhangs the side of the envelope.  Wrap baker's twine around this piece (it will keep the paper in place).  Tie candy cane with a bow. 
7. Stamp, punch and color the snowman and stick onto the envelope.
