It's Official Card Season!
Happy Hanukkah, Merry Christmas and Seasons Greetings!  I wish you all a wonderful Season of Joy!  Below is a photo of all of my Christmas cards to be mailed out - I just need to address the envelopes and write my messages of cheer.  I am so thankful I began my Christmas card classes last July.  Each month we made cards and now, six months later, they are all done and all a bit different from each other.  I will be holding Christmas card classes again beginning in July, so if you want to feel productive and creative - be sure to sign up.

I am so thankful to have all of you, readers of my Newsletters, attendees of my classes, past Club members, hostesses, event-goers, team members and ordering customers part of my creative life.  I am blessed to share what I love and love what I do.  Thank you.
Stampin' Up! donates $2 million in Craft Supplies
Sara Douglas, interim CEO of Stampin' Up! was on the TODAY Show last week and announced that Stampin' Up! was donating $2 million in craft supplies for their Toy Drive. This is Stampin' Up!'s 8th year donating to this drive.  I am so happy to be part of such a generous company.  Way to go Stampin' Up!!!!!!!
Product of the Month - All Products in the Year-End Sale
From now through January 4, many, many, many items are on sale - a whole bunch of them from the Holiday catalog.  Rather than choose one item to feature this month, I thought I would feature them all.  There are way too many to list here, so you'll have to have a look yourself.  Remember, some of them are while supplies last:  Link to Year End Sale Items
Save the Date: Jan. 18 for the Next Bingo Game!
Black Friday Bingo was a great success so we are going to do it again. Everyone had fun playing, winning (and not winning), card-making and socializing.  The next game will be on Martin Luther King Day (hopefully some of you will have the day off so you can come).  Monday, January 18 at 2pm (my house).  Let's be sure to hope for NO SNOW that day too.

Details of the game are the same as before:  $25 registration fee, 6 games, 2 cards to make, door prize and snacks for all and a chance to buy more cards for the last "cover your board" grand prize game.  The more who come - the more prizes to win.  Be sure to RSVP your spot by January 4.
New Stamp Club beginning in January
I am starting up another round of Stamp Club in January and hope that you'll join - I need at least 5 members for the Club to run. This club will run January - May (5 months).  Each member will purchase a minimum of $25 of product each month (before tax & shipping) and will receive the following:
-Free catalogs
-Free "Wink of Stella" Glitter brush (new product that you will love)
-Free Stampin' Rewards for the month you are assigned hostess.
-Little treats from me along the way

"Club is a great way to build your supplies slowly and without making a large one-time investment", says Barbara.

*  Club members can also take advantage of the Sale-a-bration sale during the months of January, February & March
Rose Quartz & Serenity
If you like to be on-trend with fashion, design, home decor and your paper crafting, then you are in luck.  Pantone just released their color of the year - or I should say colors of the year. For the first time, Pantone has blended two shades for their color of the year.  Rose Quartz & Serenity.  We will have to see if the new Stampin' Up! InColors match these two shades (or the other 8 "top ten" colors).  For now, we can use either Blushing Bride or Pink Pirouette for the Rose Quartz and Marina Mist for Serenity to stay on trend.  https://www.pantone.com/color-of-the-year-2016
Sneak Peak
The overwhelming response to the Woodlands Textured Embossing Folder this Fall was unbelievable.  If you weren't able to order yours due to a backorder - you are not alone.  With the end of the Holiday catalog soon approaching, the original plan for the Woodlands folder was retirement.  But, Stampin' Up! has seen the following these trees have and will be bringing it out of retirement and into the upcoming 2016/17 Annual Catalog.  You will be able to order yours in June.
365 Thank Yous
I saw this author and book on some show a few years back.  I bought the book, read it and loved it.  The author "was struck by the belief that his life might become at least tolerable (he was going through some bad times) if, instead of focusing on what he didn't have, he could find some way to be grateful for what he had".  It's a fast read and really makes you think of the impact a thank you has, not only on the person receiving the thank you, but yourself too.  Immediately after sending his first thank you note "significant and surprising benefits began to come his way - financial gain, true friendship, weight loss and inner piece".  I think I may re-read this book during the school break and send out some deserving thank yous.

New:  Class Series
In addition to the regular monthly classes I hold, I am also going to be starting a series of 6 thematic classes.  Come to one, three or all. Each series will focus on a theme and include a case to store these cards in (a little bit of organization thrown in).  We will continue to make 6 cards, but we may not always make two of each (depending on the theme).  These classes will be $23.

Themes:  Get Well, Birthday, Thank You, Sympathy/Thinking of You, Weddings and Congratulations (includes babies and graduation).
