I am so excited for May to be here!!!! The weather has warmed up (most days), softball season has begun for my daughter, gardening season has begun for me and there is lots and lots of energy in the Stampin' Up! world getting ready for the new catalog launch on June 2. Be sure to reserve some time for yourself during your presumably
busy spring for a little creativity and stamping. This is a great time to give a Mother's day card you made to someone special or to prepare those graduation cards you may need. I need one myself because my son is graduating high school - say it isn't so! Think ahead to end of the year teacher gifts or wedding/baby shower favors. Or, start stock piling cards you are going to need for upcoming occasions - everyone has a birthday and it's nice to have one before

Stamp Set Spotlight - Eastern Palace
This new Eastern Beauty Photopolymer stamp set is my stamp set spotlight for the month of May. I was able to pre-order this set (the whole suite of products actually) in April, and have been having fun playing with it ever since my UPS man delivered it. My first reaction to the set was not an overwhelming WOW - until I started using
it. All of the pieces work beautifully with each other and all 14 coordinating Framelits dies. I bet there will be thousands of samples on Pinterest using all sorts of combinations. All you need to do to find out is type "Eastern Palace Stampin Up" or "Eastern Beauty Stampin' Up!". I just did it to see if there was a number count listed, but there wasn't. But, there were TONS of examples.

New Colors!!!
Every year Stampin' Up! introduces 5 new colors (and retires 5 past colors). I am super excited for the new colors and a little sad to say goodbye to the old. Three of the new colors are included in the Eastern Palace bundles mentioned above. Drum roll please..........
All 5 of these colors will be available for you to purchase on June 2. You can see both the Fresh Fig & Tranquil Tide in the cards above and the Lemon Lime Twist (my all-time favorite color) in a card & video below. Stampin' Up! provided us with a color chart with great combinations to incorporate these new colors - I can't
